Do you accept walk-ins?
There are some services for which walk-ins are welcome. These include nail trims, teeth cleaning or face, paw or sanitary trims. However, in order to ensure a quality groom at a non-rushed, calming pace, we require appointments for most grooming services.

How do you ensure my pet stays calm during grooming?
We create a stress-free environment with our use of aromatherapy, soothing music and a calming atmosphere. Additionally, we never use machines to wash your dog. This allows us time to soothe and relax your dog during treatment, and he stays cleaner longer!
Do you accept cats?
Yes, we welcome your feline friends! However, we do require that all cat services are provided by appointment only; no walk-ins will be accepted.
Do appointments run on time?
Patience is a virtue! While we try our best to adhere to appointment times, remember that we strive to give the best, individualized service for all of our four-legged customers. Sometimes this means that appointments go over time, or may not start on time. This doesn't occur often, but your patience and understanding is appreciated when it does.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, Mastercard, Visa, Amex and personal check. A $35 fee will apply for a returned check.
What types of products do you use on my pet?
We use only the highest-quality , all natural products that are never tested on animals. These are the same types of products commonly used on show dogs. Many of them offer benefits such as being hypoallergenic, treating dry, itchy skin or leaving a fresh, lasting scent. Ask your stylist for the product that will best suit your pet.
Grooming services are priced by size. What size is my dog?
Small 1 to 19 lbs.
Small-Medium 20-34 lbs.
Medium 35-54 lbs.
Large 55-79 lbs.
Extra Large 80-100 lbs.
Giant Over 100 lbs.
